Typical 2 Bed Heat Recovery System

We offer the following Heat Recovery Ventilation 'Kit' in accordance with Villavent Standard Conditions of Sales.

Heat Recovery Unit: VR 250 ECH/B - £1900.00

(maximum floor area 90m² approx - 2.4m ceiling height)

Comprising:

  • Insulated ventilation unit
  • Rotary Wheel heat exchanger
  • Low energy motors
  • Electronic control panel 4 speed with neon indicators (for service, operation and heater) and back box
  • Supply and exhaust fans
  • Fresh air filter
  • Ductwork in semi-rigid aluminium or helical coil pre-insulated with vapour barrier in roofspace*
  • Necessary fittings (tape, connectors, T's; Reducers etc)*
  • Acoustic silencers on both the supply and exhaust
  • 4 supply registers
  • 3 extract registers including fire register in kitchen
  • Intake and discharge grilles for soffit or wall installation supplied in white. Brown, terracotta or beige grilles are available if specified

PRICE: £1900.00 (plus VAT and Carriage)

Conditions

The despatch period is subject to the condition that the official order and payment, together with all contractual documents, has been received and accepted by Villavent Limited - currently 10 working days. Terms of payment - Pro-forma invoice - prior to despatch.

* Ducting and fittings are subject to the Villavent Standard Kit Package. Extra outlets and fittings may be purchased at additional cost.
