We offer the following Heat Recovery Ventilation Kit in accordance with Villavent Standard Conditions of Sale

Comprising:

  • Insulated ventilation unit
  • Cross flow heat exchanger
  • Supply and Exhaust fans
  • Integrated Control Panel or 3 speed remote controller (if loft mounted)
  • Low voltage cable for remote controller (if loft mounted)
  • British Allergy Approved EU7 pollen bag filter
  • Ductwork in semi rigid aluminium or helical coil pre-insulated with vapour barrier in roof space
  • Necessary fittings
  • Acoustic silencers on both supply and exhaust
  • 6 supply registers
  • 4 extract registers (including fire register in kitchen)
  • Intake and discharge grilles for soffit and wall installation

Additional Extras:

  • CAD Design service at £300 - allowing for a maximum of two issues of 'For Approval' and one issue of 'For Construction' drawings to be generated.
  • Any extra items required to standard package that may be required to complete an installation, to be ordered separately.
