The Brief

Our client was looking for a sophisticated, high quality Heat Recovery system that could combine low noise with high efficiency. The exclusive homes demanded an easy to use intelligent system, with security benefits, to integrate with the building's internal environment. A minimum amount of breakouts on the property's exterior were necessary, to ensure there were no compromises in architectural design and aesthetics, in relation to the overall development in this sensitive setting.

The Solution

The client incorporated the Villavent Heat Recovery Ventilation and Central Vacuum System, with neon indicators, as standard within the development.

The Result

This 'whole house' system, installed in the loftspace, provided a balanced ventilation with efficient Heat Recovery. Its perfect integration within the interior environment has provided an exciting living atmosphere which is clean and fresh. The Heat Recovery System ensures that noise levels are kept to a minimum, through the use of a single unit rather than individual room fans, thus also reducing the number of breakouts.

Neon indicators and a control module provides total control, indicating the system's operation, heater activation and filter blockage. Easily accessible and low maintenance means the Villavent system virtually takes care of itself.
